My content and management experience can be divided into two categories: the world of RFPs…and everything else. When I say everything else, I truly mean everything else. From websites to print brochures to sales presentations, I have experience in almost every format of content creation. RFP Development & Management
Lead and support resources in the project management of RFI and RFP processes to meet internal and external deadlines across multiple sales teams operating in dynamic, complex markets.
Write and edit technical content for RFP responses to clearly articulate complex processes into compliant, compelling, and persuasive information. Also manage and edit content from a team of writers involved in the process.
Interview and facilitate discussions with C-suite SMEs to gather knowledge and formulate outstanding proposal content.
Proactively stay informed on the organization’s best and latest offerings through regular meetings and discussions with various executive and operations departments. Lead and promote the sharing of ideas for process and content improvements, including industry trends, best practices, new service offerings, new tools, etc.
Build, collaborate and manage a proposal team remotely across multiple time zones.
Capture and maintain content for proposals, project management documents, and data in a content library.
Content Creation & Management
Formulate, lead, and own the creation and execution of multi-channel, cross-platform content strategies that drive business results.
Develop and execute a forward-thinking internal communication strategy that supports the organization's business objectives, fosters employee engagement, and enhances overall company culture.
Ideate and drive effective campaigns around critical company priorities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Has experience working remotely (11 years), and for both established companies and start-ups in a growth phase. Also entrusted to build and lead a creative team.
Manage and develop a team of writers to ensure they’re producing their best work including but not limited to landing pages, email campaigns, brochures, blogs, social media, white papers, case studies, reports, sales presentations, etc.
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams across the company and at every level; lead brainstorms and workshops.
